I'm just going to go off on my own little tangent here. Call it a gemini digression.

I've always thought me and you were the types of people who are kinda good at a lot of stuff but not totally amazing at any one thing. I think this fact has left us both in funks for years on end...like "why can't we lose weight, like everyone else?" Or "why can't we just stick to a business plan or career path like everyone else?"
Why can't you just rock out at Cisco shit like Dinae? And why can't I just be a powerhouse stock broker at some bank? Or Why can't we just clean and get organized like regular people?

I can only see one good side to our madness: since we're not too great at any one thing, not only are we versatile in learning many different skills, but I think we have lucked out in having easy going, laid back types of personalities... which gets us in trouble a lot (being late, not caring about being neat, etc), but really that is a lot better than being anal freaks or anger junkies or just plain stupid. We reap the benefits that productive people with problems don't... like , we don't have road rage, no traffic tickets for us! We play it safe for low insurance rates, haha suckers! People find us easy to talk to... and confide in! We aren't annoying to many people, except in our laid back nature. So there are many good sides to our constant failure...and lack of total success.

All in all, I think 2007 will be a good year for us both. I think we are both starting to realize that it's okay we've been failures up until this point.. and maybe that million dollar idea won't hit us... or that 100k/year job, but we are still pretty well off when compared to most losers. I mean, would you really want to switch places with anyone else you know? completely switch? I doubt it.

So who cares if you don't have a work hard play hard menality. I think we both have, work sorta hard, play kinda harder mentalities... and that is fine! It's okay being lazy because the time is right, you'll know when to sieze opportunities as they present themselves.

And that is all I have to say about that...Good luck in 2007 my friend.
